Gary A. Jonas, Jr.
Gary is in charge of all property acquisitions and development for HOW Properties. He began his career in the mortgage business. After working as mortgage sales person, he was quickly promoted to manager and eventually ran his own sales department. In 1995, Gary joined his partners to start their own mortgage company. He was the president of the mortgage company until 2007 when he began working full-time for the partners’ property management company, HOW Properties.
Andrew Blum
Andy is in charge of construction and property management for HOW Properties. He is a career entrepreneur. He started a cigar distribution business in 1992. After selling the business in 2005, Andy became part of the mortgage sales team that Gary led. Andy then joined Gary as partner in the mortgage company. In 2003, Andy left his position to start a real estate division called Advanced Real Estate Concepts (doing business as HOW Properties).
Gary E. Risler
Gary has been a successful businessman for over 30 years. Gary co-founded and ran operations for a regional drug store chain called “I Got It at Gary’s.” After being bought out by a national drug chain, Gary moved into the financial field. After running a net branch another company, Gary joined his current partners to run the sales department.
Bill began his career in the financial industry. After several years as a top sales person with another mortgage company, Bill joined his current partners to start their own company. Bill acted as VP of the company and is responsible for managing operations.
