When four crazy guys from Philadelphia decided to start their own mortgage company, it wasn’t long before they added a property management company – HOW Properties. They still own and operate the mortgage company, but they’ve entered the property management world in a big way.
Since Andy Blum, Gary Jonas, Bill McLaughlin and Gary Risler (the crazy guys mentioned above) created HOW in 2001, the company has managed over $20 million of construction and renovation work in the Greater Philadelphia area. HOW currently owns and manages over 100 units in our diverse city.
